Shall Glenisla Hospitality be appointed as the new catering and bar operator for Forfar on a five-year concession?

The current operator's concession expires in October. Two tenders progressed to final stage. Glenisla offered a higher rent, retention of existing kitchen staff, and a member-led menu programme.
