Catering & Bar Operator Re-tender

Re-tender the Forfar catering and bar concession to secure a five-year operator aligned to the member experience and commercial growth plan.

The current operator's concession expires 31 October. Two tenders progressed to final stage; Glenisla Hospitality returned the strongest commercial and staff-retention proposition.

Tender stage 50% complete. Preferred operator (d7) routed for board approval; TUPE arrangements drafted with HR.
