Drainage improvement programme — phase 2 funding release

Shall phase 2 funding of £280k be released for the Scotscraig drainage improvement programme covering the 11th–15th fairways?

Phase 1 reduced winter closures by 38%. Phase 2 extends primary drainage to the heaviest-clay holes on the back nine. Works would be undertaken October–December 2026 with minimal play disruption.
