Clubhouse roof replacement — appointment of slating contractor

Shall CalForth Construction be appointed for the Forfar clubhouse roof replacement, including full Scottish slate renewal?

The 1903 clubhouse roof has had three significant leak events in the last 18 months. Conservation officer requires like-for-like Scottish slate. CalForth Construction, working to John Frulani Architects' specification, returned the only fully compliant bid; capex £465k including scaffold and temporary roof.
