Shall twelve EV charging bays (8 × 7kW members, 4 × 22kW visitors) be installed in the Montrose visitor car park?

Member survey showed 31% own or intend to own an EV within 24 months. 1Office Technologies (IT consultant) scoped the back-of-house integration, with CalForth Construction returning a turnkey civils & grid upgrade proposal. Net capex £88k after OZEV grant; payback modelled at 6.4 years on tariff revenue.
