Purpose, background and current position
Install twelve EV charging bays in the Montrose visitor car park to meet member demand and generate a new tariff revenue line.
Member survey showed 31% own or intend to own an EV within 24 months. 1Office Technologies scoped the integration; CalForth returned turnkey civils and grid upgrade.
Design 25% complete. OZEV grant in preparation; grid capacity assessment with SSEN. Awaiting board approval (d8) on full 12-bay scheme.
