Shall phase 1 refurbishment of the Tay Cottages staff accommodation at Scotscraig proceed at a capital cost of £218k?

The four greenkeeper cottages have not had material investment since 2003. Phase 1 covers two cottages — re-roofing, insulation, kitchens and bathrooms — supporting greenkeeper recruitment and retention.
