Refurbish the Tay Cottages staff accommodation at Scotscraig to support greenkeeper recruitment, retention and EPC compliance.
The four cottages have not had material investment since 2003. Phase 1 covers two cottages — re-roofing, insulation, kitchens and bathrooms.
Phase 1 approved (d9). CalForth Construction mobilising for July start. Design 30% complete.
