Purpose, background and current position

Purpose

A coordinated programme to align asbestos works, kitchen fit-out, restaurant refurbishment, furniture procurement, recruitment, staff training, regulatory approvals and day-one opening operations for the Forfar restaurant.

Background

Multiple workstreams across asbestos removal, fit-out, furniture, staffing and regulatory approvals are interdependent. Captured via the Add Something workflow on 14 June 2026 from an instruction by Adair Simpson, and structured by Estate Intelligence into a single opening programme.

Current Position

Programme initiated in Planning / Coordination phase. Two decisions raised (d11 temporary kitchen access; d12 layout & furniture). Six actions issued to named owners across asbestos, fit-out, layout, recruitment, events and regulatory paperwork. Status At Risk pending decisions.
