Overview
Purpose, background and current position
Refurbish the Montrose clubhouse kitchen to lift dining covers from 60 to 110 and unlock event-hire revenue.
The 1989 kitchen is beyond economic repair within 24 months and currently turns away c.£140k of weekend event enquiries. John Frulani Architects with Rosie Anderson have developed an open-pass concept retaining the existing footprint.
Concept design 15% complete; concept sign-off (d5) routed for board endorsement to progress to RIBA Stage 3.
Concept design sign-off — 26 Jun 2026
